The application and booking step
When you apply and book an appointment, the booking form asks for your name, email address, phone number if requested, and your answers to the application questions. We use that information only to prepare for, schedule, confirm, remind you about, and follow up on your appointment.
Booking runs on Cal.com, a scheduling service operated by Cal.com, Inc. Your booking details are processed and stored by Cal.com on our behalf and are subject to Cal.com's privacy policy. Appointment reminders and rescheduling links are sent through that service to the email address and phone number you provide.
Behavioral analytics (Microsoft Clarity)
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this page, through heatmaps and session replays. Analytics and advertising storage are denied by default; Clarity only records with the consent state passed from this site. The application and booking area is masked, so what you type there is not captured in replays. Clarity is operated by Microsoft and subject to Microsoft's privacy statement.
If you email us, we keep the correspondence to answer you and to prepare for any appointment you book. We do not add you to a marketing list.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not run a newsletter or email opt-in from this page.
- We do not share your application answers with anyone outside Tran Growth Partners and the processors named above.
Retention and your choices
We keep booking and correspondence records only as long as needed to run the engagement conversation and meet legal obligations. Email kevin@trangrowthpartners.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and we will act on the request unless a legal obligation requires keeping it.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date above changes with it. Material changes will be visible here before they take effect.
